We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We collect information from you when you register on our site. Your information helps us to effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. Customer satisfaction is our first priority

Prestige Green Touch INC committed to providing you with the highest quality dry cleaning, laundry & alterations service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you have received, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order we will reprocess your garment at no additional charge.

 Terms and Conditions:  We assume all items left by a customer for dry cleaning are dry-cleanable.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged of any Buttons, Belts, Elastics, Buckles, Ornaments, Zippers, Tie-Neck, Sash or Any Bow Tie

We are disclaiming all responsibility for orders left over 30 days clothes will be disposed of if not picked up.

 

We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage of any (vintage clothing) or any (vintage garment) during cleaning and or alteration process.

 

Stains:

We will do our best in removing unwanted stains, but we cannot guarantee removal of all stains.

Care Labels:

We follow all manufacturer fabric care label instructions and the International Fabric care Institute (IFI) cleaning guidelines for all garments. If any damage results from following the label instructions, Prestige Green Touch INC cannot be held liable. If a garment does not have a label care l, the Customer submits garment at his/her own risk.

 Objects left in garments:

We will do our best to find objects left in garment pockets, Prestige Green Touch INC will not be responsible for any objects or the damage such objects might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.

 Items pick-up:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items. Therefore, please check all items carefully upon pick-up of your order.

 Missing Garment Policy:

If you have a garment or item missing from your order and notified us at the time of order pick-up and in the rare case that we cannot locate your garment or item within four weeks, we will issue you a check or credit limited to 7 times our charge for processing the garment or item.

 Damaged Garment Policy:

If you have a damaged item and notified us at the time of order pick-up, we will analyze your garment and we will contact you within six days to discuss our findings. If in our assessment, we are responsible for the damage to your garment, Prestige Green Touch INC will issue you a check or credit limited to 7 times our charge for processing the garment or item.

 We will do our best to prevent any mistakes and any misunderstanding.

 

 

Shirt Laundry, we assume no liability or responsibility for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage.

 

Wash & Fold, we are not responsible for any item(s) as wash and fold is processed by weight and not by garment count, as such items are not inspected, therefore we will not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This also includes any item claimed loss or missing.

 

Care Labels information must be permanently attached to all garments. If this information is not present and the garment is damaged as a result, or if care instructions are followed and the garment or some component part fails, the responsibility is with the manufacturer. Your best recourse is to go to the retailer who sold you the item. Good retail practice requires that a store exchange a defective item or refund the price.
