• We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
• We collect information from you when you register on our site.
• Your information helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs effectively.
• We keep private information (credit cards or any other information) on file for as long as we provide services to you or your family.
• We do not use cookies.

DBA Prestige Green Touch Cleaners — Store Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Prestige Green Touch Inc. is committed to providing you with the highest quality dry cleaning, laundry, and alterations service. This is our policy.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you have received, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will reprocess your garment at no additional charge.

Terms and Conditions

 

• We assume all items left by a customer for dry cleaning are dry-cleanable.
• We are not responsible for any damage to any garment that does not have a care label.
• Every piece of clothing must have a care label.

Care Labels & FTC Compliance

 

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces the Care Labeling Rule, which requires manufacturers and importers to attach care instructions to garments. The FTC also regulates labeling for fiber content, country of origin, and manufacturer identity.

Garment Components & Accessories

 

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any:
Buttons, Belts, Elastics, Buckles, Ornaments, Zippers, Tie-Necks, Sashes, or Bow Ties.

Unclaimed Orders

 

We disclaim all responsibility for orders left over 30 days.
Clothes will be disposed of if not picked up.

If the customer pays the full amount of the invoice, we will extend storage and hold the garments for 40 days only.

Vintage Garments

 

We do not take responsibility and are not liable for any damage to any vintage clothing or vintage garment during the cleaning and/or alteration process.

Stains

 

We will do our best to remove unwanted stains; however, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.

Care Labels

 

We follow all manufacturer fabric care label instructions and the International Fabric Care Institute (IFI) cleaning guidelines for all garments.

Prestige Green Touch Inc. cannot be held liable if any damage results from following care label instructions.

If a garment does not have a care label, the customer submits the garment at their own risk.

Objects Left in Garments

 

We will do our best to find objects left in garment pockets.

Prestige Green Touch Inc. will not be responsible for any objects or for any damage such objects might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.

Item Pick-Up Policy

 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items once an order is picked up.

Please check all items carefully at the time of pick-up.

Missing or Lost Garment Policy

 

You must inspect your dry-cleaning garments before leaving our store.

As soon as you leave our store, we will not be responsible for any loss or damaged garment.

Please ensure that you count and inspect all garments and items before leaving.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage once you have left our premises.

To help us maintain quality service, please double-check your belongings while still in the store. If you notice any discrepancies, inform our staff before leaving.

If a garment or item is missing, notify us at the time of pick-up.
In the rare case that we cannot locate the item within four (4) weeks, further steps will be taken.

Damaged Garment Policy

 

In cases where a garment sustains damage, it will be sent to a specialized fabric laboratory to determine cause and responsibility.

The laboratory fee is approximately $150.00.

If Prestige Green Touch Cleaners Is Found Responsible:

 

• New garments: reimbursement up to 7× the dry-cleaning cost (maximum $250.00)
• Used or older garments: reimbursement up to 5× the dry-cleaning cost (maximum $150.00)
• The laboratory fee will be covered by Prestige Green Touch Cleaners

If Prestige Green Touch Cleaners Is Not Found Responsible:

 

• The customer is responsible for the laboratory fee
• The customer must also pay for the cost of cleaning

We will do our best to prevent mistakes and misunderstandings.

Shirt Laundry Policy

 

Shirt Laundry assumes no liability or responsibility for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage.

Wash & Fold Policy

 

Wash & Fold services are processed by weight, not by garment count.

Items are not individually inspected.
We are not responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage.
This also includes any item claimed lost or missing.

Care Label Requirement

 

Care label information must be permanently attached to all garments.

Manufacturer Responsibility & Industry Guidance

 

According to the Better Business Bureau, responsibility may fall on the manufacturer, the dry cleaner, or the customer.

Manufacturer responsibility applies if:
• The care tag is not permanently attached
• Care instructions are followed and the garment or a component fails

If care information is missing or instructions are followed and the garment fails, responsibility lies with the manufacturer. The customer’s best recourse is to contact the retailer. Good retail practice requires exchange or refund of defective items.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Prestige Green Touch Cleaners is a professional dry-cleaning service and does not sell goods; therefore, we do not have a return policy.

If a customer pays in advance and cancels the same day, a refund will be issued only if the garment has not yet been cleaned.

Same-day cancellation is required for all standard drop-offs.
Rush orders cannot be canceled, as cleaning begins immediately upon receipt.

Text Messaging (SMS) Policy — 10DLC Compliance

 

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to our services, including order updates, pickup and delivery notifications, appointment reminders, billing notices, and customer service communications.
