At Prestige Green Touch Cleaners we are committed to protecting your privacy. Protecting your private information is our top priority. We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We collect information from you when you register on our site. Your information helps us to effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. We keep your private information (credit cards or any other information) on file for as long as we provide our services to you or your family. We do not use cookies. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Prestige Green Touch INC is committed to providing you with the highest quality dry cleaning, laundry & alterations service this is Our Policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you have received, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order we will reprocess your garment at no additional charge.
 Terms and Conditions: We assume all items left by a customer for dry cleaning are dry-cleanable.

We are not responsible for any damage to any garment that does not have a care label!
Every piece of clothing must have a care label!!!
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces the Care Labeling Rule which requires manufacturers and importers to attach care instructions to garments. The FTC has information about other Rules relating to labeling textile products for fiber content, country of origin, and manufacturer identity.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any Buttons, Belts, Elastics, Buckles, Ornaments, Zippers, Tie-Neck, Sash or Any Bow Tie
We are disclaiming all responsibility for orders left over 30 days clothes will be disposed of if not picked up, however, if the customer paid the full amount of the invoices we will extend and hold the garments to 40 days only!
 
We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage to any (vintage clothing) or any (vintage garment) during the cleaning and or alteration process.
 
Stains:
We will do our best in removing unwanted stains, but we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.
Care Labels:
We follow all manufacturer fabric care label instructions and the International Fabric Care Institute (IFI) cleaning guidelines for all garments. If any damage results from following the label instructions, Prestige Green Touch INC cannot be held liable. If a garment does not have a label care l, the Customer submits the garment at his/her own risk.
 Objects left in garments:
We will do our best to find objects left in garment pockets, Prestige Green Touch INC will not be responsible for any objects or the damage such objects might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.
 Items pick-up:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items. Therefore, please check all items carefully upon pick-up of your order.
 

Missing Garment Policy: our policy 
you must inspect your dry-cleaning garment before living our stores!!!!
As soon as you live our store we won't be responsible for your loss or any damaged garment! 
If you have a garment or item missing from your order and notify us at the time of order pick-up and in the rare case that we cannot locate your garment or item within four weeks, we will issue you a check or credit limited to only 7 times our charge for processing

(Cleaning or Alterations) the garment or item.
 Damaged Garment Policy:
If you have a damaged item and notified us at the time of order pick-up, we will analyze your garment and we will contact you within six days to discuss our findings. If in our assessment, we are responsible for the damage to your garment, Prestige Green Touch INC will issue you a check or store credit limited to only 7 times our charge for processing (Cleaning or Alterations) the garment or item.
 We will do our best to prevent any mistakes and misunderstandings.
 
 
Shirt Laundry, we assume no liability or responsibility for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage.
 
Our Policy For Wash & Fold, we are not responsible for any item(s) as wash and fold are processed by weight and not by garment count, as such items are not inspected, therefore we will not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This also includes any item claimed lost or missing.
 
Care Labels' information must be permanently attached to all garments.
 

We are not liable,

According to the better business bureau, the responsibility could be on the manufacturer, the dry cleaner, or you. THE MANUFACTURER: The manufacturer is responsible if the care tag isn't permanently attached to the article of clothing, or if the dry cleaner follows the instructions and the clothing item is damaged

If this information is not present and the garment is damaged as a result, or if care instructions are followed and the garment or some component part fails, the responsibility is with the manufacturer. Your best recourse is to go to the retailer who sold you the item. Good retail practice requires that a store exchange a defective item or refund the price.
